Active Athlete Media Is Now Sportgenic

Just yesterday at the iMedia Brand Summit in Florida, Robert Tas President and CEO of Active Athlete Media announced that the company is changing names – They are now Sportgenic.

The name change has been driven by the tremendous growth the company has had over the last 6 to 9 months. While speaking to Marti Funk, Vice President of Client Solutions and Insights, she mentioned that they have grown to over 18 million unique user per month; in addition they have made some exciting changes that will provide advertisers with better targeting.

Sportgenic is the largest ad network targeting sport enthusiasts; this is a very exciting vertical presenting the perfect opportunity for many brands and tourism boards, targeting skiers and outdoor adventure seekers to name a few.
