Earlier this week email marketing agency Zustek acquired online marketing firm Adverb Media; with the takeover comes a new name, Zeta Interactive.

Adverb Media brings three big assets with them, DigitalGrit a full service Search Marketing agency, Temel a strategic marketing and web development agency and its technology firm RelevantNoise.

The new company, Zeta, will offer Search, social media optimization, email, web development, strategic and creative services.
